The 2027 Aston Martin DBX GT is a more luxurious version of Aston Martin’s Super SUV, which will be released alongside the more performance-oriented 2027 DBX S. The DBX GT uses the same 717-horsepower, twin-turbocharged V-8 as the DBX S, while its suspension and transmission have been tuned specifically for greater comfort.
The DBX GT also features new interior upholstery with attractive stitching that runs along the sides of the seat headrests.
Aston Martin is expanding the DBX lineup as its super SUV enters its seventh year. After introducing the DBX S for the 2026 model year, the company is adding the 2027 Aston Martin DBX GT with the same 717 horsepower but a less aggressive setup focused more on luxury and comfort.
Exterior Design
The 2027 Aston Martin DBX GT has cleaner styling than the DBX S. Its wide grille replaces the mesh design with horizontal bars available in bright and dark finishes. Similar horizontal lines appear beside the LED daytime running lights at the outer edges of the bumper. The lower grille opening also drops the red trim used on the DBX S.
The two-piece metal side strake on the front fender gets a polished and satin dual finish. The lower front bumper, side sills and rear diffuser are painted in the body color instead of black. The 2027 Aston Martin DBX GT also rides on new 22-inch wheels with a Satin Titanium finish and Pirelli Scorpion Zero all-season tires as standard.
A 23-inch wheel option with Pirelli P-Zero summer tires is also available. Aston Martin has fitted the 2027 Aston Martin DBX GT with new quad exhaust pipes positioned side by side rather than stacked. A different exhaust tune produces what Aston Martin describes as a “cleaner, richer tone.”
Interior
Inside, the 2027 Aston Martin DBX GT gets new embroidery and stitching on the seats. The stitching runs up the sides of the seats around the shoulder pads and headrests. The front and rear seats also receive additional cushioning, including a new 0.4-inch-thick memory foam layer.
In the rear, the two outer seats have more pronounced bolstering, making them look more like individual seats. The center rear seat uses a different upholstery color. The 2027 Aston Martin DBX GT also gets more upscale interior trim, including an anodized metal drive mode dial.
Deep-pile floor mats add to the cabin’s more luxurious finish. Aston Martin has also worked on cabin noise, making changes to the body structure and adding sound-deadening material inside the doors and wheel arches. Acoustic laminated rear side glass is also fitted. A panoramic glass roof comes standard on the 2027 Aston Martin DBX GT.
Engine and Performance
The 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 remains unchanged from the DBX S, with 717 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque. That is enough for the 2027 Aston Martin DBX GT to reach 60 mph in 3.1 seconds and continue on to a top speed of 193 mph.
Aston Martin has fitted carbon-ceramic brakes to the GT, with 16.5-inch discs at the front and 15.4-inch discs at the rear. The engine and braking hardware remain focused on performance, while the changes to the suspension and transmission give the GT its different character.

Suspension and Transmission
The main mechanical difference between the two vehicles can be found in their suspension systems. The 2027 Aston Martin DBX GT features a unique suspension setup with reworked dampers to absorb bumps on rough roads while still providing body control at higher speeds.
Aston Martin has also revised the throttle pedal feel for more precise response. The nine-speed automatic transmission in the 2027 Aston Martin DBX GT has been retuned to provide smoother shifts.
A new transmission mount bushing is designed to better control transmission movement relative to the body, while two new longitudinal dampers have been added between the body and rear subframe.
Price and Availability
The 2027 Aston Martin DBX GT will begin reaching customers in the fourth quarter of this year. It will sit alongside the DBX S in the 2027 lineup, while the DBX 707 is being discontinued.
Aston Martin has not announced pricing for the 2027 Aston Martin DBX GT yet. We expect the GT to start at around $290,000, although the final price has not been confirmed.
